鋼筋連接套筒的特點: 

 1、采用國際 45 號鋼材，特殊制造工藝，尺寸精度高，質量可靠。

 2、可連接 Ф16-Ф40mm的HRB335級HRB400 、級帶肋鋼筋。

 3、經過國家建筑工程質量監督檢驗中心檢測，達到JGJ107-2010 中的I級接頭標準。

 4、標準型、正反絲扣型、異徑型三大系列，五十二個品種，能滿足建筑結構中橫向、豎向、斜向等部位的同徑、異徑及可調長度和方向的連接鋼筋需求。

產品分類：

1、鋼筋機械連接 rebar mechanical splicing
     通過鋼筋與套筒的機械咬合作用或鋼筋端面的承壓作用，將一根鋼筋中的力傳遞至另一根鋼筋的連接方法。

2、套筒 coupler
     可傳遞鋼筋軸向拉力或壓力的鋼筋機械連接用鋼套管。

3、螺紋套筒 threaded coupler
     可與鋼筋螺紋連接的內孔呈螺紋的套筒。

4、直螺紋套筒 parallel threaded coupler
     內孔為直螺紋的螺紋套筒。

5、鐓粗直螺紋套筒 parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebars with upsetting end
     可與鋼筋端部鐓粗段螺紋連接的直螺紋套筒。

6、剝肋滾軋直螺紋套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebars with rib stripped before rolling of threads
     可與鋼筋端部剝肋滾軋螺紋連接的直螺紋套筒。

7、直接滾軋直螺紋套筒parallel threaded coupler for splicing rebars with threads roll on to rebar end
     可與鋼筋端都直接滾軋螺紋連接的直螺紋套筒。

8、擠壓套筒 coupler for squeezing sleeve splicing of rehars
     內孔為光孔用于帶肋鋼筋擠壓連接的套筒。

9、直螺紋標準型套筒 standard coupler for parallel threaded splicing of rebars
     全長呈相同右旋直螺紋的套筒。

10、擠壓標準型套筒 standard coupler for squeezing sleeve splicing of rebars
       全長呈相同內徑和壁厚用于擠壓標準型接頭的套筒。

11、異徑型套筒coupler with different inner diameter
       兩端內徑不同用于不同直徑鋼筋連接的套筒。

12、正反絲型套筒threaded coupler with Jeft and right hand thread
       兩端螺紋規格相同但旋向相反的螺紋套筒。

13、擴口型套筒 threaded coupler with one slope at thread end
      一端有便于鋼筋對中的內倒角而長度比標準型套筒加長的直螺紋套筒。
